Job Type: Part-time
Experience: 0–2 years
Salary: ₹8,000–₹15,000/month, depending on skills and experience
About the Role
We are looking for a YouTube & Digital Operations Associate to help manage and grow our digital content and online businesses.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on a computer, is comfortable learning new tools, has good attention to detail, and can independently complete tasks after understanding the process.
You will work directly with the founder across YouTube channels, mobile games, digital content, online research, and other digital projects.
What You Will Do
YouTube & Content Operations
• Upload and manage videos on YouTube Studio
• Prepare titles, descriptions, thumbnails, playlists and other video details
• Maintain an organized publishing schedule
• Perform quality checks before videos are published
• Monitor basic YouTube Analytics and maintain performance reports
• Repurpose and distribute content across other digital platforms where required
Research & Analysis
• Research YouTube channels, competitors, trends and content ideas
• Find useful information online and organize it into Google Sheets/Excel
• Research products, companies, markets and business opportunities
• Prepare simple reports and summaries from your research
Digital Business Support
• Assist with Google Play Store and mobile game operations
• Maintain digital databases and spreadsheets
• Research potential customers, dealers and businesses
• Build and maintain lead lists with accurate contact information
• Assist with basic digital marketing and campaign reporting
• Handle other online tasks and projects assigned by the founder
What We're Looking For
• Strong computer and internet skills
• Comfortable using Google Search, YouTube Studio, Excel/Google Sheets and similar tools
• Good attention to detail
• Able to find and organize information independently
• Good English communication and writing skills
• Fast learner who is comfortable with new software
• Responsible and reliable
• Able to work independently without needing constant supervision
