Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking for a yoga instructor in Medavakkam, Chennai, who can teach my son (age 5-13) at my home. We're not entirely sure about the yoga style, but our main goals are to improve immunity and achieve general fitness. We're looking to start immediately. I am also willing to travel.
