Required Qualifications
• 9+ years of overall DevOps, SCM, or Platform Engineering experience.
• Minimum 3+ years leading GitHub Enterprise migration projects.
• Proven experience migrating Azure DevOps repositories and pipelines to GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions.
• Experience migrating from Perforce, Bitbucket, SVN, or other SCM platforms.
• Strong understanding of Git internals, branching strategies, repository management, and version control best practices.
• Hands-on expertise with GitHub Actions, YAML workflows, and CI/CD modernization.
• Experience with GitHub APIs and Azure DevOps REST APIs.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong scripting skills using Python or Shell.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong documentation, mentoring, and technical communication abilities.
• Ability to lead architecture discussions and guide engineering teams without being a full-time application developer.
