Job Description
JOB TITLE: Yard & Delivery Driver
EMPLOYER: Utility Trailer Sales Company of Arizona
DEPARTMENT: Service
SUMMARY: Transport semi-trailers to designated areas and customers in an accurate and timely manner; efficiently and safely transports, sorts, and stocks materials.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Loads and unloads semi-trailers for delivery
• Performs simple vehicle maintenance; cleaning interior of vehicle, checking lights, checking tires, filling fluids, scheduling routine maintenance to keep vehicle running properly
• Observes all traffic laws and posted speed limits
• As a Yard Truck Driver, you will be operating a Yard Truck/ to transport trailers safely to designated locations, while adhering to all regulations (e.g., company, local, state and federal)
• Maintains and cleans yard as needed
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Pay & Benefits
• Salary range $20.00– $24.00per hour, based on experience and skill level

QUALIFICATIONS:
• One to two years tractor/trailer or yard driving experience
• Familiarity with delivery practices and handling methods
• Must have a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Must have manual transmission certification on CDL
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
