A leading sports company is looking for a Human Resource Trainee to join their team in Mumbai.

As a HR Trainee , you will work on the following:
- Support the variety of HR operations ranging from establishing communication with team leads and on-boarding a desired candidate as per the profile.
- Participate in workforce administration process, including employee data recording & reporting, on-boarding and off-boarding.
- Recommend, implement and interpret HR policies, guidelines and procedures.
- Administer the rewards and recognition program.
- Look after the leaves of all the employees as per the profile.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition & Educational Institutions to onboard desired professionals in the organization
