Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Writer role based in Noida. The Writer will create clear, engaging, and accurate content to support internal and external communications, including technical documentation, knowledge base articles, presentations, and business communications. On a day-to-day basis, this role will gather information from subject matter experts, translate complex technical and business concepts into accessible language, and ensure consistency in tone, terminology, and branding across all materials. The Writer will collaborate closely with IT, product, project management, and business teams to produce user guides, process documents, training materials, case studies, and success stories. The role also involves revising and editing existing documentation, maintaining content repositories, and supporting communication campaigns for new initiatives, systems, and digital transformation projects.
Qualifications
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and structured content for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience creating documentation such as user guides, process flows, FAQs, release notes, and training materials in an IT or technology-driven environment.
• Ability to research complex topics, interview subject matter experts, and synthesize information into accessible narratives and documentation.
• Familiarity with digital tools for content creation and management (e.g., documentation platforms, collaboration tools, basic formatting or markup tools).
• Attention to detail, strong grammar and proofreading capabilities, and commitment to maintaining consistency in style and terminology.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with global, cross-functional teams in Consulting, IT, and business functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Technical Writing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
