Autospot Car Repairs – Mascot, NSW
Autospot Car Repairs is a busy, well-established automotive workshop in Mascot. We are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Workshop Administrator to support our team and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and emails
Book vehicle services and repairs
Greet customers
Prepare invoices and process payments
Liaise with technicians regarding job progress
Order parts and follow up suppliers
Maintain customer records
General office administration
About You
Previous administration or reception experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong computer skills
Able to multitask in a busy environment
Automotive industry experience is an advantage but not essential
Friendly, professional and dependable
