We’re seeking a Workforce Compliance Officer to join our Onboarding and Compliance team. This is your opportunity to make a tangible impact by supporting employee compliance processes that keep our services running smoothly. You’ll ensure our AHSC employees meet all role-related requirements while working alongside a high-performing team committed to quality and continuous improvement.

As a Workforce Compliance Officer in the Onboarding and Compliance team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

Ensuring all employee compliance items are tracked and approved.
Monitoring records and escalating pending noncompliance risks.
Coordinating training access, bookings, and reimbursements.
Assisting with compliance reporting and data analysis.
Managing documentation and the group email inbox accurately and efficiently.
Supporting the team through quality improvement initiatives.

Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Word.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong administrative and organisational capabilities.
