Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of dishes from the menu and based on custom orders
Monitor the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
Regulate temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment
Store food in temperature-controlled facilities
Portion food, place it on plates, and add gravies, sauces, and garnishes
Prepare food to meet special dietary requirements
Maintain the highest level of cleanliness in all kitchen sections
Requirements:
Certificate III or equivalent qualification
At least 2-3 years of experience in a relevant position
Strong communication skills
