What You’ll Do
Clean residential and commercial windows, frames, and glass
Perform snow removal and seasonal outdoor services
Safely use ladders (up to 40 ft) and other equipment
Keep equipment maintained and ready for use
Log progress in our app and update customers
Work with the operations team to ensure deadlines are met
Represent Wipe Clean with professionalism on every job site
Who You Are
Reliable, hardworking, and motivated by results
Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
Physically fit and safety-conscious
Great communicator with customers and teammates
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow your skills
Requirements
Legally able to work in Canada
Driver’s license with a clean abstract (3 years continuous insurance history required)
Comfortable with heights up to 22 feet
Able to lift 60 lbs and handle physical tasks
Own steel-toed boots and have a safety-first mindset
