Job Role

Understanding the end-to-end recruitment cycle and execution.

Strong in sourcing candidates thorough various channels like networking platforms, Job portals and head hunting

Understanding the hiring requirements of the client

Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks

Reviewing resumes and screening candidates

Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and clients.

Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices

Fixed Salary on 1st week of every month In Salary Account

Candidates must be able to join immediately.

Freshers Salary:Rs.10,000 to 15000 month(CTC)

Experience Salary:Rs.15,000 to 25000 month(CTC)

Time Shift : 11AM to 7pm Day Shifts , 6 days working
