About the Role:

We’re looking for someone who wants to learn the craft and be part of a shop that builds beautiful, meaningful work. Experience helps, but attitude and curiosity matter more. If you like working with your hands and want to be part of a team that cares about quality, you’ll fit in here.

What You’ll Do:

Help build and restore custom wood windows, doors, and sash
Use hand tools and machinery (we’ll teach you what you don’t know)
Sanding, shaping, assembly, and prep work
Follow measurements and shop drawings
Keep the workspace clean and contribute to a good shop atmosphere
What We’re Looking For:

Reliable, steady, and willing to learn
Interest in craftsmanship and detailed work
Basic tool experience is an asset but not required
Respectful, team‑oriented, and safety‑minded Why Work Here
