Junior Women's Wear Designer
We are seeking a skilled and creative Jr. Women's Wear Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing women's wear collections, working closely with the lead designer to research and create new ideas, and contributing to the development of marketing campaigns.
About the Job:
• Design and develop women's wear collections.
• Collaborate with the lead designer on researching fashion trends and creating mood boards.
• Develop and refine designs based on feedback and revisions.
• Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and photo shoots.
• Participate in fittings and adjust designs as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in women's apparel.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
• Proficient in fashion design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Excellent understanding of garment construction and fabric behavior.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
