Looking for Associates for: US HR Operations
Location:
Non Voice Process, Freshers are welcome.
Evening Shift only (both Side Cab will be provided)
Sat/Sun fixed off
Age criteria: 20 years to 27 years are allowed
Role & responsibilities Associate (Process: US HR operations)
Work Experience 0-36 months
Summary
Fielding all incoming help requests from clients via telephone and/or emails in a courteous manner.
Document all pertinent end user identification information, including name, department, contact information and nature of problem or issue.
Identify and learn appropriate product details to facilitate better client interaction and troubleshooting.
Record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken and total successful and unsuccessful resolutions.
Working Conditions Fixed evening shift (5 days working). Saturdays and Sundays are fixed off.
