Gardenland Co-op is hiring a part-time Cashier Shift Supervisor , at the Winkler Food Store.
Work Location: 370 Main Street, Winkler, MB.
Shifts: Minimum three 8-hour shifts per week, includes day shifts, evening shifts and Saturdays (no Sundays).
Work Hours: Shifts are 8 hours long and scheduled between 7am – +pm.
Status: Part-Time, Permanent (position eligible for health benefits and pension.)
What you’ll do:
The Cashier Supervisor is responsible for delivering a consistent, friendly, respectful and impactful customer experience; provide leadership and direction to all front-end staff; operate cash registers and process payments; cash handling; assist with merchandising; and maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
The Cashier Supervisor will live the Co-op Brand and strive to achieve and maintain positive and healthy relationships with co-workers and customers.
