Responsibilities

Install windows according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring proper fit and finish.
Perform necessary adjustments and repairs to ensure windows are plumb and level.
Utilize caulking techniques to seal windows effectively against weather elements.
Collaborate with team members on larger projects, providing support in various construction tasks.
Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand installation requirements.
Conduct routine maintenance and restoration of existing window installations as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements

Proven experience in window installation or related construction fields is preferred.
Strong skills in carpentry, including the ability to build and restore structures effectively.
Familiarity with flooring installation, construction painting, welding, and caulking techniques is a plus.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for efficient installation processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials as required.
