Job Description
We're excited to share an opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded Wholesale Co-ordinator to join our team at our Parnell Head Office.
As our Wholesale Co-ordinator, you'll support retailer relationships, coordinate wholesale operations from order through to delivery, and assist with seasonal sell-ins across New Zealand and Australia. Working closely with our Wholesale Manager, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional experience for our retail partners and contributing to the continued growth of our wholesale business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners across NZ and AU.
Manage wholesale orders from entry through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and clear communication throughout the process.
Support seasonal sell-ins, showroom preparation, and wholesale presentations.
Maintain our B2B platform, product information, and customer records.
Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless wholesale experience.
Use AI tools to improve communication, reporting, and day-to-day efficiency.
Review sales activity and customer feedback to identify opportunities and support account growth.
Continuously improve ways of working and contribute ideas to strengthen our wholesale operations.
ABOUT YOU:
2+ years' experience in wholesale, account management, retail leadership, or a similar commercially focused role.
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Confident using technology and AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
Commercially minded, with an interest in sales performance and business growth.
Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional approach.
Comfortable collaborating across multiple teams and building strong internal relationships.
Proactive, solutions-focused, and takes ownership of their work.
Curious, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve.
Experience with wholesale platforms, Monday.com, Lightspeed, or similar systems is a bonus, but a willingness to learn is even more important.
