Job Description
ShefMate is an early-stage startup connecting customers with trusted home chefs who prepare fresh, homemade meals.
To understand local food preferences better, we are launching a marketing survey across key areas in Pune.
We’re now looking for Survey Executives who can help us collect insights directly from customers.
🔍 Position: Survey Executive (Field Work – Target Based)
Location: Pune (Viman Nagar, Kharadi, Kalyani Nagar, Baner, Wakad, Hinjawadi, Koregaon Park)
Payout: ₹300 for every 100 valid survey responses
🧑💼 Responsibilities
Conduct short field surveys in assigned areas
Approach people politely and collect responses
Help individuals fill out a 2-minute questionnaire
Submit daily progress updates
Ensure survey responses are valid and accurate
🎯 Performance Target
100 valid survey responses = ₹300
No fixed work hours — complete your target at your own pace
Higher performance = higher earnings
👥 Who Can Apply

Good communication & people skills
