Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage appointments, calls, billing and patient records
• Assist doctors during dermatology and aesthetic procedures
• Perform skin therapies and facials after training (if required)
• Maintain treatment rooms, hygiene and inventory
• Educate patients about post-procedure care and clinic services
