You will be responsible for engaging prospects across various platforms and executing outreach strategies to move leads through the sales process. Role & Responsibilities As a Sales Pipeline Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and customer engagement by: Managing Sales Pipelines: Customize, and optimize sales pipelines to track prospects from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a structured and efficient sales process. Prospect Engagement & Outreach: Plan, launch, and optimize engagement campaigns across multiple channels. This includes executing strategies for cold outreach, warm outreach, and prospect engagement across platforms . Segmentation & Personalization: Segment audiences and tailor communications to maximize engagement and conversion rates . Follow-Up & Re-engagement: Implement and manage lead nurturing strategies and set up automated follow-up sequences to ensure no leads are missed and to maintain ongoing engagement throughout the sales cycle. This includes managing follow-up and re-engagement efforts Conversion Tracking & Reporting: Utilize analytics to monitor pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Generate and interpret reports to forecast sales, measure campaign effectiveness, and inform decision-making . Appointment Setting is a key activity Key Qualifications and Skills Serious Experience: Strong experience in sales pipeline management , including experience with cold outreach, warm outreach, follow-up, and re-engagement. Proven experience engaging prospects across various platforms - including LI SN and Apollo.io Pipeline Building (Plus): Experience in designing and customizing sales pipelines. Sales & Marketing Acumen: Deep understanding of lead generation, funnel optimization, and multi-channel marketing . Exceptional Communication: Ability to clearly explain concepts, engage prospects, and work effectively with remote teams. Fluent in English . Self-Motivation & Organization: Capable of managing multiple projects/accounts simultaneously and working independently in a remote environment .
