Job Description
We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and energetic Wellness Center Attendant to join our team and provide exceptional care and service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Customer Experience & Sales
Greet all guests with a warm, welcoming energy
Guide clients through service offerings and help them choose the best memberships or packages
Promote wellness services and make sales with authenticity and care
Ensure clients fill out required waivers and intake forms
Provide guidance on introductory videos or orientations for new clients
Responsible to learn the benefits of each modality offered within the center and be able to offer outlined solutions
Facility Cleanliness & Maintenance
Clean and reset float pods, sauna rooms, and treatment areas after each use
Fill, clean, and maintain the cold plunge station to proper hygiene standards
Complete daily cleaning tasks to ensure a spotless and serene environment
Handle laundry duties, including washing and folding towels, robes, and linens
Customer Support & Communication
Respond to client messages, emails, and phone inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and customer follow-up
Maintain accurate customer records and help track service usage
Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For:
✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✔ Friendly, approachable, and wellness-minded attitude
✔ Comfortable making sales in a non-pushy, relationship-based style
✔ Detail-oriented with strong cleaning and organizational habits
✔ Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a calm, grounded manner
✔ Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
✔ Experience in a spa, wellness, or hospitality setting is an asset
