Job Description
We are looking for kind and compassionate individuals who can provide high-quality care and support to our residents. As a Caregiver, you will work under the guidance of the Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional care and make a meaningful impact on our residents' lives.
Key Responsibilities
Providing quality care and support to residents
Working collaboratively with the clinical team to deliver excellent care outcomes
Supporting residents with daily activities and promoting independence
Requirements
Level 3 or 4 Health and Wellbeing qualification or experience in medication administration
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and PM shifts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
