About Career Mitra Career Mitra is a career counselling Startup platform helping students discover their strengths choose the right subjects and build successful futures We combine scientific assessments expert guidance and technology to bring clarity and confidence to a student s career journey We are seeking a creative and execution-driven Marketing Manager to amplify our brand accelerate outreach in schools and connect deeply with students and parents Role Overview You will lead digital and on-ground marketing initiatives that build awareness generate leads and drive engagement across our B2B schools and B2C students parents segments This is a high-ownership role designed for someone who is excited to build a brand from the ground up Key Responsibilities Growth Strategy- Develop customer acquisition strategies focused on schools parents and students- Conduct target audience research and define positioning strategies- Manage marketing budgets and monitor ROI metricsCampaigns Content- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media performance marketing blogs and email- Build and manage high-impact activations including webinars career talks workshops and student events- Design content and promotional creatives - videos posters landing pages success stories etc Collaboration Execution- Work closely with Sales Career Experts Product teams to support lead conversion- Manage
