Copdock Hall Suffolk
£28,000 - £32,000 + Performance Bonus
YOU MUST HAVE WEDDING VENUE EXPERIENCE
Copdock Hall is one of Suffolk's most sought-after wedding venues, hosting beautiful weddings and events throughout the year. We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and creative Wedding Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team.
This is a highly commercial role focused on generating enquiries, conducting venue tours, converting bookings, and growing our online presence. Approximately 80% of your time will be dedicated to sales and marketing activities, with 20% supporting weddings and events to ensure an exceptional client experience.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing wedding and event enquiries from first contact through to booking.
Conducting in-person and virtual venue tours.
Building strong relationships with prospective couples.
Following up enquiries and maximising conversion rates.
Creating engaging content across social media platforms.
Showcasing weddings, venue improvements, and client stories online.
Supporting wedding showcases and promotional events.
Building relationships with local wedding suppliers and partners.
Providing operational support during weddings and events when required.
About You
You'll be a confident communicator with a passion for sales, marketing, and customer service. Experience in weddings, hospitality, events, retail sales, estate agency, travel, or other customer-facing sales roles would be advantageous.
You'll be organised, proactive, creative, and comfortable using social media to generate interest and enquiries.
Working Pattern
This is a weekend-focused role, reflecting when most couples visit the venue. Typically, you will work three weekends in every four, with days off scheduled during the week.
What We Offer
£28,000 - £30,000 salary (dependent on experience)
