Wedding Planner Required For

• Meet clients to understand their needs and present ideas and solutions to their requirements.

• Research on upcoming wedding trends, designs/D?cor Solutions & New Vendors.

• Scheduling appointments with clients, hotels for tie-ups.

• Prepare elements list as per event requirements.

• Connect with vendors, fabricators, printers and all other vendors associated with the weddings.

• Execute events as per timelines and plan set by the production manager.

• Make Powerpoint presentations for weddings to present to clients.

• Source locations, food, entertainment, volunteers, freelancers and designers as per event requirements.

• Co-ordination with team members and all associated vendors to ensure timely execution of all events.

• Optimization of resources through cost Reduction Measures. The sole responsibility for the wedding business.

• Candidates with related experience in wedding planning & d?cor /Designs, knowledge of MS Office will be preferred
