Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences and executing events end-to-end with precision and creativity? We’re looking for an Event Specialist to join our growing team and help deliver exceptional events.
📍 Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to closure
• Manage vendors, artists, venues, and on-ground teams
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and logistics
• Coordinate with clients to understand briefs and deliver seamlessly
• Handle on-site execution and problem-solving
What We’re Looking For:
• Prior experience in events, hospitality, or experiential marketing
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Passion for events and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
