Website and Graphic Designer UX UI Designer Immediate Joining
• Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand design requirements, brand objectives, and target audience.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate website and social graphic design concepts, incorporating client feedback and preferences.
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites that are responsive and optimized for optimal user experience across multiple devices.
- Create engaging graphic designs, including logos, banners, infographics, and other marketing collateral, aligning them with clients' brand identity.
- Select appropriate color schemes, typography, and imagery that effectively convey the intended message and evoke desired emotions.
- Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards, accessibility guidelines, and current design trends.
- Collaborate with developers to implement designs accurately and efficiently, providing necessary design assets and specifications.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to ensure design integrity and functionality across different browsers and devices.
- Stay updated with the latest web and graphic design trends, techniques, and technologies, and proactively propose innovative ideas to improve design processes and outcomes.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven work experience as a Web and Graphic Designer, showcasing a diverse portfolio of web and graphic design projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma) or similar software.
- SKnowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles.
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
- Excellent visual design skills, including a strong sense of layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to create compelling graphic designs that effectively communicate brand messages and objectives.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate client requirements into creative and functional designs.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, project managers, and developers.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Current residency or able to commute to office in Baner, Pune, Maharashtra, India.
