Role Overview
We’re on the lookout for a creative, design-driven Website Designer & Developer (Freelancer) who can bring ideas to life through impactful web experiences. This role is ideal for someone who excels at design thinking, has a strong grasp of modern design tools, and can build responsive websites using Webflow.
You won’t just execute briefs, we’re looking for someone who can actively contribute ideas, suggest improvements, and collaborate closely with our team to create visually compelling, high-performing websites that align with our goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Create visually striking, brand-aligned designs using Figma
• Develop responsive, functional websites using Webflow
• Contribute actively in brainstorming sessions with new design concepts, layouts, and user flows
• Collaborate with our branding and content teams to bring campaigns to life digitally
• Ensure a seamless user experience across all devices and browsers
• Suggest creative enhancements and push the boundaries of standard templates
What We Are Looking For
We’re seeking a freelance website designer and developer who is highly skilled in design and can go beyond execution to bring strategic, creative ideas to the table.
• Minimum one year of experience in website design and development.
• Someone with a strong visual sense and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Figma and Webflow is a must
• A creative thinker who enjoys pushing design boundaries and experimenting with layouts, animations, and user flows
• Ability to understand brand aesthetics and translate them into compelling website experiences
• Clear communicator who can confidently share suggestions, give design input, and work collaboratively with internal teams
• Bonus if you have working knowledge of Shopify and WordPress
