Requirements:
Master of Modern Tools: Design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly websites using WordPress, Webflow, and Elementor, adhering to a Mobile-First approach.
UX/UI Champion: Apply UX/UI principles, including font, colour, and design psychology, to create intuitive and engaging website designs. Utilize Figma for creating high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
Keyword Research: Wield tools like Ubersuggest/Semrush/G-Ads to uncover strategic keyword opportunities and trends for SEO strategies.
Accessibility Advocate: Prioritize accessibility, ensuring websites comply with WCAG guidelines and handle GDPR/cookie consent.
On-Page Optimization Expert: You implement on-page SEO best practices like heading hierarchy and optimized Alt Text for improved crawlability.
Technical SEO Mastermind: Understand technical SEO concepts like sitemaps, hreflang, and factors that influence rankability and indexability.
Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage Google Search Console (GSC) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to monitor website health and user behaviour.
SEO Audit Ace: Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to identify website optimization opportunities.
Solopreneur Showcase: Your portfolio boasts solo projects where you can articulate your design process and decision-making and demonstrate your SEO expertise by conducting and presenting an audit on a website you've worked on independently.
Always a Learner: Stay updated with new Google algorithms and industry trends, adapting SEO strategies accordingly to improve website visibility and performance.
Willing Learner: Knowledge of the Hugo platform is a plus, but a willingness to learn is key.

Qualifications:
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in web design and development (WordPress/Elementor or Webflow).
Web Design Expertise: Certifications in Webflow, Udemy, or a recognized Bootcamp in web design or development.
Front-end Expertise: Working knowledge of the Hugo framework and HTML/CSS is a plus.
UX/UI Expertise: Certification from a recognized institution, showcasing expertise in user-centric design principles.
SEO Expertise: Google Search Console (GSC) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Certifications, demonstrating proficiency in analyzing website performance and SEO metrics.
Portfolio: showcasing solo design projects where you explain your design process and SEO capabilities.
