Job Description: We are seeking a creative and experienced UI/UX & Graphics Designer who has experience of 3-5 years to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user interface design, user experience, and graphic design, with the ability to work on diverse client projects using the latest design technologies and tools. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering visually stunning and user-friendly digital experiences. Responsibilities: UI/UX Design : Conduct user research to understand user needs, behavior, and goals. Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively. Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for mobile apps, websites, and web applications. Collaborate with product teams to ensure cohesive and seamless user journeys across digital platforms. Develop rapid prototypes to validate interactions and refine design solutions. Graphics Design : Design compelling graphics, logos, banners, and other visual content aligned with client and company branding. Use typography and layout principles to create visually impactful designs. Work on animations and visual effects using tools like Adobe After Effects to enhance user engagement. Collaboration : Work closely with senior designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver high-quality designs that meet project objectives. Maintain open communication and collaboration with clients to ensure design expectations are met. Assist in improving existing design workflows and processes to enhance productivity. General : Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices. Maintain a friendly, approachable, and collaborative attitude in the workplace. Meet project deadlines while ensuring the highest quality of work. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field. Proven experience in UI/UX design and graphic design with a strong portfolio. Mandatory Skills: Design Tools : Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Figma Adobe XD After Effects Core Skills : Creativity and problem-solving abilities. Strong knowledge of typography, prototyping, and wireframing. Expertise in designing for mobile apps, websites, and web applications.
