Job Description
Role: Web Administrator (Digital Marketing & Social Media Marketing)
Location: Mumbai ( kandivli)
Experience Range: 5-6 years proven experience in email marketing, social media management, and website administration.
Website and App Management:
• Maintain and update the websites to ensure it remains current and user-friendly.
• Assist in the design and development of web applications from concept to completion.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP, PHP added advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL and SQL database.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth performance across various browsers and devices.
• Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of existing web applications as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement website enhancements and improvements.
• Monitor and report on website performance metrics (traffic, bounce rate, dwell time, etc.) and implement SEO strategies to enhance visibility.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in web development.
• Prior experience with web development projects (e.g., internships, personal projects) is advantageous but not required.
Coordination to Execute Communication Strategies:
Internal Coordination:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, purchasing (for creation of purchase orders), and accounts to ensure alignment and effective execution of communication strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in web development, content marketing, SEO, and digital marketing, and apply relevant insights to enhance our content strategy.
External Coordination:
• Liaise with external vendors for website management and digital marketing services, ensuring deliverables are met within agreed timelines and budget.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as necessary.
Key Skills:
• Maintain and update the websites to ensure it remains current and user-friendly.
• Assist in the design and development of web applications from concept to completion.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP, PHP added advantage.

• Support the planning and execution of corporate events.
