Job Summary
We are hiring energetic and target-oriented Website & Digital Marketing Sales Executives / Tele-Callers for Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, promoting digital services, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
This role is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators, passionate about sales, and interested in working in the IT and digital marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients
Promote website development and digital marketing services
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
Explain services including:
Website Development
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Social Media Marketing
Google Ads & PPC
Branding & Online Promotion
Understand client business requirements and suggest suitable solutions
Follow up with interested clients and close deals
Maintain daily call reports and customer database
Achieve monthly sales targets
Build strong and professional client relationships
Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Strong sales and negotiation ability
Basic understanding of websites and digital marketing services
Ability to explain technical services in simple language
Confident and professional phone communication
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
Good interpersonal skills
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum High School Pass or equivalent
Basic computer and internet knowledge
Experience in telesales, telemarketing, website selling, or digital marketing sales is preferred
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
