Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through calls, networking, referrals, and field activities
Acquire and onboard potential clients/customers
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Conduct follow-ups and client meetings to convert prospects into business
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and business closures
Required Experience
Freshers with strong sales interest can apply.
Experienced candidates (1–5 years) with a proven track record in target-based sales will be preferred.
Relevant experience in Real Estate, FMCG, Financial Products, Insurance, Telecom, Retail, or Business Development will be an advantage.
Education
Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BMS, BA, B.Sc, or equivalent)
Sales experience and business development skills will be considered more important than specialization.
