What you'll be doing:
• Supporting a team of senior professionals with day-to-day administration
• Coordinating meetings, schedules and follow-ups
• Preparing client documentation and meeting materials
• Supporting client onboarding and account-related processes
• Responding to client requests and providing a high level of service
• Maintaining accurate information within internal systems
• Assisting with business development and tracking prospective clients
• Supporting internal projects and coordinating action items
