Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Wealth Management Analyst with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our growing team. This is a mid-level associate position designed for an ambitious professional transitioning out of back-office support or junior administrative roles who wants to actively participate in structuring investment portfolios and designing holistic wealth strategies.
In this role, you will work directly at the intersection of investment management and risk planning, helping to build robust, tax-efficient portfolios specifically tailored for our insurance firm’s customers.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations
Portfolio Construction & Asset Allocation: Actively assist in building, rebalancing, and monitoring customized investment portfolios for clients, ensuring alignment with their long-term financial goals and risk tolerance.
Financial Modeling & Scenario Planning: Utilize financial planning software to input client data, run projections, and model diverse financial scenarios to illustrate wealth trajectories.
Insurance & Risk Integration: Analyze client profiles to identify critical gaps in their financial plans where risk mitigation tools—such as life insurance, disability, or long-term care products—are needed to protect their wealth.
Investment Research & Analytics: Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, mutual funds, and structured products to support portfolio optimization.
Advisory Support: Move beyond back-office paperwork by preparing comprehensive, client-ready wealth management proposals and actively participating in the strategy design process.
Required Qualifications & Education
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a closely related quantitative field.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
