Role: Wealth and Estate Planning Solicitor
Location: Islington, North London
Proper Recruitment are delighted to be working with an exciting law firm who are searching for a Wealth and Estates Planning Solicitor to join their busy team in North London. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years PQE and will be working towards being STEP qualified.
Responsibilities
• Providing a complete service to high-net-worth individuals and their families to include wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, and estate administration.
• Dealing directly with clients to take instructions and deliver on client expectations.
• Identifying and following relevant SRA principles and rules of professional conduct.
• Complying with risk management processes and policies.
• Contributing to business development and identify networking and marketing opportunities internally and externally.
Requirements
• Manage your own caseload.
• Ideally be working towards or keen to be STEP qualified.
• Understanding of Private Client law, Wills, Trusts, etc
• Must be experienced at multi-tasking, managing time sensitive documents, and taking responsibility for delegated tasks.
• Must thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications and Experience
• The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years PQE.
• STEP Qualified
• Must have obtained a 2:1 or First degree.
