SCOPE OF WORK The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for generation of new business, building rapport with business partners. Ensuring achieving targeted budget and growth, and business of the zone . Expansion of business with SOPs in place. Smooth running of the zone
HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
Interaction with key clients to make them understand our services, deliverables and other such details.
Directing and training on the job team of SEs and TMs; responsible for team's productivity.
Monitoring and reporting early indicators of team performance and sales achievements.
To contribute towards organizational, team & self-growth.
Responsible for target revenue
Work in field to meet doctors & Healthcare professionals for business generation.
Help create & support necessary network to sample picks & service provision.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING IN YOU
Experience: 3-8 years' experience in Diagnostic/Pharma/wellness sales/Healthcare Aggregators
Qualification: Any Graduate, Preferable B.Sc/B.Tech/B.Pharma
