Experience: 6-8 years
Location: Noida/Gurgaon/Mumbai/Bangalore
Date of joining: Immediate to 30 days
Having 10+ years of experience in WCS Administration
Learning and working with Commerce Environments including HCL Commerce
Perform software installation, configuration, deployments, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Administer commerce on Windows, AIX servers or Kubernetes environment.
- Support Version updates/upgrades.
- Support Load and Performance Tuning activities.
- Provide DevOps support and troubleshoot incidents on environments.
- Role includes a combination of environment infrastructure, and configuration management responsibilities.
- The resource will coordinate between Development, Operational and Infrastructure teams to ensure smooth environment support and release processes
- Role requires knowledge of tools like UDeploy and Jenkins
- DB2 administration and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with integration of WCS with OMS, MQ, iSeries
- Experience in WAS administration
- Understanding of caching mechanism (ability to perform tasks like clearing cache etc.)
- Troubleshooting to find the right party for incident resolution and assigning to them within the defined SLA
