Job Description

We're looking for a Water Technician who will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of water treatment systems, ensuring water safety and full regulatory compliance across customer sites.

Role Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and proactive plumbing tasks across commercial client sites.
Deliver a multi‑skilled service supporting electrical, mechanical, and building fabric maintenance.
Complete modifications, repairs, and new installations when required.
Repair, maintain, and calibrate plumbing systems and associated mechanical/electrical instrumentation.
Ensure all work meets high standards of Health & Safety, statutory compliance, RAMS documentation, and permit requirements.
Maintain tools, equipment, and materials to appropriate standards, ensuring safe and efficient use.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain accurate documentation using IT systems.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
NVQ Level 3 Plumbing qualification or equivalent.
Experience working within commercial properties and installation environments.
Strong understanding of building statutory compliance requirements.
Full UK driving licence.
IT literate with good communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to work flexibly and acquire additional skills across trades.
