We're looking for an experienced Water Billing Officer to join our Waters & Wastes team and help us deliver accurate, efficient, and customer-focused water billing services.
Things we will trust you with:
A typical day involves maintaining our approved meter reading programme, data management of the water billing module, generating invoices, liaising with meter reader contractors and creating reports to provide statistical information for key users as required.
As a methodical administrator, you will interpret and follow water billing policies and procedures to ensure all property water usage is correctly charged and accounts adjusted where needed.
You'll have excellent customer service skills to respond to queries and requests that come in and be able to support the Waters and Wastes team when required.
Things you'll be proud of:
