Key Responsibilities
Perform internal and external cleaning of trucks and tank trailers
Conduct tank inspections to ensure cleanliness and company standards are met
Complete exterior inspections of trucks and trailers following cleaning procedures
Clean hoses, fittings, and related equipment
Perform pump flushes and assist with routine pump maintenance
Operate pressure washers, steam cleaning equipment, and other tools safely and effectively
Move trucks and trailers within the yard as required
Enter tanks for cleaning and inspection following confined space procedures and training
Read and understand Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
Safely handle and work with cleaning chemicals and products
Work safely and confidently at heights exceeding 20 feet (6 metres)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Perform other duties as required to support operations
Qualifications
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Safety-conscious with a commitment to safe work practices
Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to perform physically demanding work
Comfortable working in various weather conditions and humid environments
Experience operating pressure washing equipment is considered an asset
Experience working with industrial cleaning chemicals is considered an asset
Experience moving tractor-trailer equipment in a yard environment is considered an asset
Ability to work in tight spaces, at heights, and in confined spaces following proper safety procedures
