No early mornings or late nights Mon-Fri 7am – 4pm
We are looking for a reliable warehousing supervisor who is focused on customer satisfaction and thrives on an organised and busy warehousing environment. You should be willing to work as part of an ambitious team to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, packaging, of all incoming and outgoing stock into the warehouse.
The goal is to ensure all packaging, invoicing, warehousing and logistical processes are running smoothly and promptly, whilst at all times maintaining control of stock and integrity of traceability.
Warehousing Supervisor Responsibilies
Management of stored inventory, daily review of stock levels (FIFO), batch traceability and conduct accurate monthly stocktakes
Management of current and future stock levels maintaining par levels using Fishbowl Inventory
Inspection of all packaged products ready for sale for final conformance
Input, review and manage daily customer orders and preparing invoices
Prioritize working schedule to complete picking/packing of all orders to meet dispatch deadlines
Maintain clear lines of communication with Sales Manager and Warehousing Manager
Organize a time efficient delivery run and assist in the loading of vehicles and supervise the delivery drivers
Maintain clear lines of communication with Sales Manager and Tweed Heads Warehousing Manager of current and future stock levels and any/all product defects, maintaining par levels
Fill in for delivery drivers when needed
About YOU:
Prior warehousing management experience
Understand FIFO principles and inventory management
Strong time management and customer service skills
Fantastic problem solver with an enthusiastic approach to meeting deadlines
Forklift license a bonus, Must have valid driver's license
Medium level computer skills
Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws
Ability to walk, drive, lift and carry heavy items for extended periods
Attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Casual
Pay: $70,000.00 per year
