Full job description
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. • Identify and resolve operational challenges promptly to ensure minimal disruption to workflows and maintain service continuity. • Oversee inventory accuracy and support inventory control processes to ensure stock integrity and availability. • Prepare and submit comprehensive shift reports, highlighting key performance indicators, achievements, and any operational issues encountered. • Collaborate with fellow shift supervisors and management to ensure smooth transitions and continuity across shifts. • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse associates, fostering a high performance culture aligned with daily operational objectives. • Daily operations including manpower and logistics coordination. • Manage end-to-end kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards while optimizing efficiency. Additional Skills: • Problem-Solving • Attention to Detail • Leadership Skills • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the Hospitality Industry. • Immediate Joiners Required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
