About the Role

A great opportunity has become available for a Warehouse Storeperson to join our team in Liverpool, NSW.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Storeperson will be responsible for managing all inventory items and movements, completing physical counts and reconciliation, and ensuring continual supply of all stock items to the manufacturing sites.

This role is also responsible for accepting all deliveries of stock, ensuring everything ordered is correct and undamaged, as well as ensuring quality controls are in place and the safe operations of forklift equipment. .

Working Hours: Tuesday - Saturday: 7am - 3.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all inventory items are available as required, and are delivered on time and in full.
Ensure compliance to all Inbound Delivery procedures, particularly temperature sensitive and bulk materials, by inspecting stock for quality and accuracy (shelf life, correct items and qty, etc.).
Manage control measures to ensure variances are: highlighted, addressed, and resolved.
Manage system order transactions and control of non-conforming product.
Ensure compliance to all Outbound procedures when dispatching Finished Goods, including management of truck and dock schedules, and Freezer capacity.
Ensure compliance with Quality, GMP, critical ingredient, allergen systems, and food safety standards.
Manage continuous improvement through the sites, including the layout to support accuracy and efficiency, inventory rotation (FIFO and/or FEFO management to reduce waste), workload and travel time, and improved systems and technologies.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships and communication with all co-workers and departments, as well as maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Key Skills:

Forklift Licence
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Intermediate computing skills, in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience in WMS and barcode scanning.
Strong team working skills.
Ability to work unsupervised.
Effective time management.
Ability to perform physical labour (lifting 25 kgs).
Resourceful, reliable, and self-motivated.
Able to work calmly in a fast-paced environment.
