JOB DESCRIPTION

Get the material packed as per order arrange for dispatch.
Keep a physical count of the inventory.
To conduct a stock audit on a regular basis
.Process and manage incoming customer orders through various sales channels, including the company website,
marketplaces, and other platforms.

Review and verify order details, including product selection, quantities, pricing, quality check, shipping addresses,
and payment information, to ensure accuracy.

Monitor order statuses, track shipments, and provide regular updates to customers regarding their orders.
Address customer inquiries and concerns related to orders, providing timely and satisfactory resolutions.
Collaborate with the customer service team to handle escalated order-related issues and ensure high levels of
customer satisfaction.

Manage returns, exchanges, and refund processes, following established policies and procedures.
Monitor and analyze order-related data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities
to enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and inventory management, to optimize the order
fulfilment process and improve the overall customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
