Job Description – Picking & Packing Executive
Job Title: Picking & Packing Executive
Department: Warehouse / Logistics
Location: Patparganj, Delhi
Job Summary:
Responsible for accurately picking products from inventory and packing them securely for dispatch as per company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pick products from warehouse racks as per order list/invoice
• Ensure correct quantity and quality of items
• Pack items safely to avoid damage during transit
• Label packages properly (barcode, address, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area
• Coordinate with dispatch and inventory team
• Follow FIFO (First In First Out) method
• Report damaged or missing items to supervisor
Skills Required:
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic reading/writing skills
• Team player
Experience:
• 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
