Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations and Engineering Manager located in Clearwater, FL
The Operations and Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, leading a team, managing projects, and continuously improving warehouse efficiency
Plan warehouse work operations in accordance with Demand, shipping, receiving, and stock rotation requirements
Schedule and assign warehouse crew and equipment to meet schedules to handle daily volume efficiently
Ensure adherence to Dose policies, procedures, and practices
Take inventory as required
Report on "out of stock" or "overstocked" conditions developing
Conduct time study of each operation activity and devise more efficient & safe processes
Develop efficient packing process to improve productivity
Design, monitor, and maintain a safe working environment through compliance of safety programs
Supervise minor maintenance and sanitation as needed
Involved in and recommend hiring, promotions, terminations, performance appraisals, and labor standards
