We are seeking a Warehouse & Operations Manager to manage our manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and customer fulfillment operations. The ideal person will be a strategic thinker capable of optimizing processes, enhancing efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards while expanding our operations to meet increasing demand in various areas. The Warehouse & Operations Manager will supervise deliveries of goods into warehouses and ensure products are accounted for, are stored safely and securely, and are dispatched efficiently to customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervising the processing of orders.
Operating mechanical and IT systems related to Inventory like Zoho, unicommerce, any third-party inventory, CRM, and another necessary processes.
Liaising with transport companies, suppliers, and clients.
Training, supervising, and appraising staff.
Maintaining statistical and financial records.
Devising and monitoring rotas for staff.
Ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met.
Supervise supply chain functions such as procurement, inventory control, and vendor relationships to guarantee efficient and budget-friendly material sourcing.
Coordinate production schedules, capacity management, and resource distribution to fulfill production goals and customer needs.
Guide and support a team of operations experts, promoting teamwork, creativity, and ongoing enhancement.
Evaluate essential operational indicators, pinpoint improvement opportunities, and implement strategies to boost operational effectiveness and customer contentment.
Remain updated on industry developments, new technologies, and operational management strategies to stimulate innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Skills
Knowledge in operating Zoho, unicommerce, any third-party inventory, and CRM.
Demonstrated 2+ years of senior operations management expertise.
Proficient leadership capabilities evidenced by successful team-building and leadership.
Comprehensive comprehension of manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and quality control.
Familiarity with deploying and refining ERP systems and other operational software.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Goal-oriented approach with an emphasis on continuous enhancement and operational proficiency.
Capability to excel in a rapidly evolving startup setting, adjusting to shifting priorities and obstacles.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
