We’re searching for a top-tier professional to join our team as a Warehouse Manager to manage a team of warehouse operatives and ensure the consistent achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This role focuses on operational safety and people-related matters within a bustling warehouse environment.

You ‘ll make a difference by:

Owning the health and safety agenda, participating in committees, and providing strong leadership in HS management.
Training warehouse operatives, ensuring accurate stock records, and supporting regular stock takes.
Being customer-oriented and acting as the first point of contact for communication on Warehouse topics with customers on-site.
Managing and communicating procedural changes to ensure employees meet inventory and logistics goals.
Promoting initiatives and improvements to optimise warehouse operations.
Maximising the deployment of people, processes, materials, and equipment while implementing mitigations for disruptions.
Developing the team and refining systems to improve profitability, service, and efficiency.
Your success will be grounded by:

Demonstratable warehousing management experience in a similar role.
Previous experience leading teams, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Experience in managing and using MHE (Materials Handling Equipment).
A proactive approach to supporting teams, adding value, and managing challenges.
Your ability to engage, motivate, and coach, with excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and Warehouse Management systems
