Warehouse Manager Role:
The Warehouse Manager is a crucial member of our national distribution centre team, overseeing all warehousing activities and customer support. Key Responsibilities include Receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching orders, providing customer service, trade sales, and inquiries, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records. Additionally, this role involves loading and unloading trucks, containers, and pallets, data entry, order processing, supplying clients with product information, and assisting the sales & service team with dispatching deliveries. The successful candidate will also liaise with transport companies to coordinate freight and logistics, negotiate freight pricing & terms, perform cyclic stock takes and audits, process service & sales transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workplace.
About You:
We are seeking an experienced professional with at least 5 years of experience in a warehouse and inventory environment. You should possess excellent organizational skills, be highly time-managed, and have expertise in using inventory management systems (Net Suite preferred). Exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential, as is a genuine commitment to your development and growth. A strong attention to detail, current forklift license, Australian driver's license, and passion for audio visual and technology would be highly regarded. We value a positive and 'Can Do' attitude, reliability, responsibility, and dependability.
